TELL US ABOUT...

HOW YOU MET:
Our inital encounter was 3 years ago. I was at the Grotto with a mutual friend. We exchanged names but at that time I was
unavailable. Fast forward 2 years later, I was frequently dining at a restaurant he was managing and noticed him noticing me. He would make small talk and say "Dont I know you?" And I would always reply "That's what you said the last time we met." One evening I was getting dessert with two of my friends. While picking out what dessert I wanted I said "I can't finish an entire piece." To which he replied "I'll split one with you." He joined me and my friends with a tall glass of milk and it was love at first bite.

YOUR FIRST KISS:
Our first kiss was stolen. It was after one of our 1st dates. We went to see a movie (which I thought was horrible). He walked me to my door and as I went in for the hug, he went in for the kiss! Haha not ideal but memorable.

YOUR WEDDING CAKE:
I LOVED our wedding cake. It was designed by the Etiquette of Chocolate. I wanted a regal cake that took inspiration from the table centerpieces and flowers.It was a four tiers of yellow cake with blackberry buttercream and chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream.

YOUR HONEYMOON:
The honeymoon was a big surprise. We went to Capri and then Rome.


FAVORITE/UNIQUE DETAIL ABOUT YOUR WEDDING:
I really enjoyed the fact that we incorporated Filipino Wedding traditions of the cord, veil, arras, and sponsors during the ceremony. In addition, many of our dates were centered around trees and I really wanted that theme to be a part of our reception. In all, I was pleased that our wedding was showcased US as a couple.
